ERA ORA is a polyphonic Mediterranean narrative.
Three young boys, children of the diaspora, who, through their writings and their
songs, echo the voices of their ancestors.
They are among those who want to understand – to understand who they are, where they come from and,
above all, they do not want to forget.
So they sing, to pass on their heritage, to say that they remember the stories they were
told as children.
They sing of family, hard work, exile, solitude and the wind. They sing of memory, in
their own words, but with sincerity and from the heart, to say that they have not forgotten their
roots, and just how much of a gift this heritage is.
ERA ORA is a journey to the land of closed shutters, where the sun melts the
stone and the wind bends the olive trees, where the silence of men allows
nature to speak, and where one reads in people’s eyes as one does in books.
Where the fruits yield oil and wine, where the scrubland, the earth and the sea imbue
our memories with fragrance and make them eternal…
